How Healthy Credit Frees your Life Energy

Many of us, have figured out how to get by without having good credit, and many more have become complacent with a bad credit score. We figure that we will continue to "just get by", since the other option, saving cash for everything you buy including a house or car, is nearly impossible.

Most of us know the advantages that come with having good credit: Qualifying for low interest rates, low insurance premiums, low security deposits on utility services, higher credit limits, low mortgage rates, and getting your rental application approved.

Yet, we have countless rationalizations for not repairing our credit: You're waiting on the credit repair fairy, you don't know where to start, you hide behind your spouse's good credit, you're afraid to look at your credit report, you think credit repair is too hard, you think your credit is hopeless, you think you don't have enough money, or you don't want to admit you have bad credit. Indeed, many of us are burying our heads in the sand when it comes to our finances.

Being embarrassed about credit and money mistakes in the past is natural, but will do nothing to help your credit future. If you suspect that you have bad credit there should be no fear about confirming your situation now so you can start moving forward to make improvements. You are certainly not the first person who has made financial mistakes and you won’t be the last. This apathy, fear, or embarrassment however is not only holding you back financially, it is also creating stagnation in other areas of life.

As the adage says “what you resist persists”. This is actually a natural law. When you stop denying and resisting, let go and allow, you release an enormous amount of energy that is holding that resistance (or block) in place. It is like trying to hold a huge beach ball under water all the time, it's exhausting. You can free up your life energy for the things that you want and not what you don't want or are resisting.

Making a clean sweep of your finances can get you through the valley and move you back up the hill again. By repairing your credit, you free up your life energy from a place of stagnation and mentality built on scarcity. The same mentality that tells you that there is lack in life and that opportunities are few and far between. Instead, repairing your credit will start freeing your life energy, moving you towards a mentality of possibility which tells you that there are always new chances and opportunities.
